Alysium is a post hardcore/metal band out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Alysium is made up of five members: John, Eric, Scott, Bill and Drew. Alysium started in the summer of 2000 and hasn't stoped moving up in the music scene. John's inspiring vocals, Eric and Scott's guitar work, Bill's lowend bass lines and Drew's drumming makes this group one of the most unique bands in the area. Alysium has been making a name for themselves in the music scene for a few years now and doesn't plan on slowing production down anytime soon.
John: John is the frontman for the band. He has been part of the band since 2000. He is now working at Tires Plus in Uptown and lives in St. Paul with Drew and some other schmucks. John intends on becoming a mechanic and maybe going back to school sometime soon???.
Eric: Eric plays lead guitar and has been in Alysium since 2003. Eric plays Schecter guitars and uses a Tech 21 cab with a Peavy XXL head. Eric is now going to St. Thomas University and lives in St. Paul with Billy. His long term girlfriend, Nicole, attends as many shows as she can, and can be found with t shirts to sell, and an email sign up sheet.
Scott: Scott is the newest band member and his guitar has greatly improved the band's sound. He also sings back up vocals. Scott uses a Les Paul and a Marshall cab with a Fender head. He is now going to the University of St. Thomas.
Bill: Bill plays bass and has been with the band since the beginning. Bill now attends Metropolitan State University and lives in St. Paul with Eric. Bill uses a Fender jazz bass and 2 Ernie Ball cabs with a SWR 750 head. Bill's girlfriend Anne can also be found at shows with CD's and t shirts to sell. Be sure to find those girls for more info.
Drew Anderson: Drew plays drums and is also a founder of the band. Drew also goes to St. Thomas and lives in St. Paul. Drew uses a Tama Star Classic drum set with all Zildjian cymbals and Remo heads.
